Table rental is $50.00 per table, or three tables for $100.00 with a reasonable pilot prize donation.

Vendor area will be filled on a first come first served basis, with consideration given to location
based on previous years participation.

Each three-table space rented includes one free pilot entry.

All vendor spaces must be paid in full before October 31st to guarantee availability. All checks
or money orders need to be made out to “NICO” (see pilot registration page for address)

Vendors are welcome to set up and test fly from 5:00 to 10:00 PM on Thursday November 1st.
Food concessions will also be available in the dome Thursday evening.

The Golf Dome will open at 7:00 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning.
